How do the mobile skins work?

Solution

The Ensignia skinning engine recognizes the type of device that is used and automatically loads either the desktop or the mobile skin. The default desktop and mobile skins are specified by the server admin, but the individual users can choose their own desktop or mobile skins by selecting them in Options / Display Preferences.
