Resuming a draft loses HTML formatting

Solution If your HTML formatting gets lost when you resume drafts, you should set your composition options to always reply in HTML. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Options / Display Preferences
2. Find the option "Only Reply In HTML When Viewing HTML Format"
3. Set the option to "No (Always Attempt To Reply In HTML)"
4. Click the "Submit" button.
